Get Involved!

Reaching our campus is what we’re about at Cru.  We want to introduce students to Christ and to help those who know him already to grow.  This happens in a number of ways throughout the year, whether it’s our weekly meeting Jacob’s Well, parties and events, small group Bible studies, or any other fun thing!
The everyday responsibilities of our ministry are overseen by eight different teams, each of which has specific responsibilities within the group. Check out the "Teams" tab on the side to find out more about each one!

Special Events
Throughout the year we have all kinds of things going on—parties, band fests, spaghetti dinners, special guest speakers on campus—you name it!

Fall Getaway
Every fall, we participate in the Campus Crusade for Christ Missouri Fall Getaway.  This is a chance to get off campus and regain some sanity halfway through the semester and join up with other campuses in the state.  It’s a great time to worship God, build relationships with other Truman students, and enjoy the great outdoors in central Missouri.  If you aren’t completely sold on it yet, there’s a pristine and swimmable river, a mud cave, Ultimate Frisbee, and food!  Check out the link on the side for more details.  By the way, we’re offering discounts for freshmen and international students!

Summer Projects
Each summer, Campus Crusade for Christ offers a wide variety of missions-related work for students to take part in called Summer Projects.  This is one of the ways we send students out with the Gospel, to many places at home and abroad. Towards the end of the year, check out the tab on the left side to see where Truman students are going in the summer!
